The ADR Committee of the ABA Trial, Tort and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) sponsors a periodic series of telephonic programs on the Psychology of Conflict Resolution. The programs are organized and moderated by San Francisco mediator Elizabeth Bader, a professional of wide-ranging gifts whose friendship I and many others value greatly.
The next telephonic program in this series is “Beyond Interest-Based Negotiation,” and features speakers Nicholas Khoury, addressing the ancient Arab tradition of Sulha, and myself. The presentation and discussion will take place on Tuesday July 2, 2013, at Noon Pacific, 3:00 pm Eastern.
