On Friday August 5 at 10:30 a.m. the Dispute Resolution Committee of the ABA Business Law Section will be offering a session on “Stepping In Their Shoes: ADR and Corporate/Community Relations” featuring Caroline Rees of Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, David Kovick formerly of Boston’s Consensus Building Institute, and me.  We will be airing the first of three films on the topic, this one documenting community/corporate tensions in Luzon, and discussing the topic generally.  It will be at the Westin Harbour [sic] Castle, 1 Harbour Square.

The ABA Section on Dispute Resolution will be ensconced at the Renaissance Hotel, and as usual one’s cup runneth over with the variety and quality of the offerings there.
