Our friend Giuseppe De Palo<\/a> reports that the European Parliament\u2019s Legal Affairs Committee (\u201cJURI\u201d) will discuss mediation again at the February 26, 2015, \u2018Civil Law & Justice Forum\u2019 in Brussels, and\u00a0the\u00a0ADR Center<\/a>\u00a0has been asked to present a follow-up to its 2014 study, \u201cRebooting the Mediation Directive<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Center has prepared a survey that will be the basis for its presentation, and seeks to have as many and as varied people as possible complete it. \u00a0The short mediation survey\u00a0can be found\u00a0at this link: https:\/\/it.surveymonkey.com\/s\/77T6PKK<\/a>. \u00a0All those in the EU who are interested in ADR are encouraged to fill out the survey and encourage others to do so.<\/p>\n
